    What do we do if we are diabetic and just a little fruit drives blood sugars through the roof. (250-350) It’s hard to increase the fruit for fear the high sugars are doing damage to retinas or kidneys. Do I just add very minimal juice/fruit with each meal and just ignore the spikes? Will it settle down eventually? We have cut way back on PUFAS and processed foods. I have come off of years on low carb/keto lifestyle (with “cheating” due to cravings)
